I’m sorry about the lack of updates I’m doing, I guess I’m really starting to lose interests in Lollipop ever since the split up. Anyways I just watched “The Swordman Dream” today.
Actually I never did had high hopes in this movie from the very start when I read about the storyline. But I still had little excitement inside of me because of WangZi. WangZi is actually not the main character but he does have quite amount of scenes (at least more than Kung Fu Hip Hop 2).
Basically the story is about a group of non-humans are trying to invade the human world and they were taking over this town. The king gave this fire to this monk (I think he’s a monk), this fire have the power to destroy those creatures and the monk’s journey is to deliver the fire to that town. The monk stayed at the LongMen hotel and was accidentally killed. Then TangSanJu took over to complete his journey for him. That is the main storyline but in between there’s lots of random stuff.
It starts at the end of part 1. The cast went onto KuaiLeDaBenYing for the promotion of the movie. They interviewed each actor in groups, and of course WangZi and MaoDi were interviewed together. Their parts are in part 5 to part 6, if you are only interested in watching their parts. I personally think it was quite funny (: MaoDi talked about how WangZi bullied him when they were young, and also said “WangZi only knows how to eat, doesn’t know how to cook”. WangZi claimed that his cooking was not bad too, when they asked what he could cook he said “dumplings (microwaved kind), cup noodles…that’s about it” Then they competed to see who could hold their breaths for a longer time, and who could crack more eggs in 30s. I thought YingCaiEr was quite funny too (:
WangZi talks about his fighting scene with another actor, He Gui,leaving a mark on his neck, and the mark looked like a love bite. He also mentioned that he had an intimate scene with HuangYi, where he had to suck out the “poison” from her neck. HuangYi was afraid that WangZi’s fans would mind, but WangZi said that as long as it’s for the show, his fans would be able to understand (:
The Swordman Dream cast went onto this programme for the promotion of the movie. The show hasn’t been screened yet, but the crew of the show uploaded a few parts of the show which would be cut out and not in the actual show.
I know choco-late posted a trailer before. I think this trailer is about the same as the previous one, just maybe a little longer. And at the end, the main cast promoted the show and there was a bit of WangZi.
Here is the theme song for The Swordman Dream. It is sang by Jane Zhang, and the MV has quite a bit of footages of the movie! It isn’t really my type of song, but I am looking forward to the movie still (:
These 2 clips are about Wangzi and Maodi talking about their experiences during filming, along with some clips of the movie. It looks pretty interesting to me, but I don’t like how they dubbed their voices ): Wangzi also talked about the kind of girls he likes, quoting ZhangBoZhi as an example!
I think after looking at these photos it did help me to build more interest in this movie. I’m looking forward to a different side of WangZi in this movie and of course looking forward to see the Qiu’s brothers together.
Yesterday director ZhongShaoXiong along with HuangYi, SunXing, RongXiang and Lollipop WangZi and MaoDi appeared for upcoming ancient movie “The Swordsman Dream” promotion.
In the movie HuangYi appeared as the sweet charming owner, WangZi acting as a chef was fallen for HuangYi’s beauty. Outside of the movie, WangZi admits he was too thrown into his feelings with HuangYi and real feelings can’t be avoid.
Taiwanese idol WangZi expressed that in the movie and out of movie he his fallen for HuangYi’s beauty. In the movie he plays the role of beating HeGui receiving the “盜圣大沖關” gold plate, BaiShaTang, has great cooking skills. “In the movie HuangYi plays as a very sexy owner, her motel was gone so I’m there to save her and protect her. In the end I’ve fallen for her beauty.”WangZi honestly admits he has develop real feelings for HuangYi, “HuangYi is really nice, when filming love scenes it’s hard to avoid putting real feelings in.”
Yes, WangZi is featured the most in this trailer. I know I just said it might not be the type I like but after watching this trailer I am really looking forward to it. It seem hilarious but I hope it’s not too stupid (like some HK movies I’ve seen recently).
